Resource Marketing Officer (RMO)
The Resource Officer is responsible for implementing policies and programs on recruitment for efficient sourcing, screening and placement of all manpower requirements within the organization and acquired projects. Must be personable and approachable.
The primary job responsibility of a Recruitment Marketing Officer or RMO is to screen the applicants before endorsing them to the client.
College graduate or at least 2nd year college level
With Good Communication Skills
20 years old and above in age
Willing to do field work which involves promoting companies for targeted applicants to apply
