Job Description
Technical Support Representative provides answers to questions from customers regarding use and trouble-shooting of equipment, usually over the phone.
Qualifications
At least Highschool graduate of the old curriculum with 1yr Technical experience/troubleshooting.
Tech support and background in web hosting is an advantage.
Work at home temporarily and willing to work on-site after a year.
Must be covid19 fully vaccinated.
