As our way to address your ramp, Innovate Resource Marketing has developed a program to get deeper into the community. We introduce the Recruitment Fiesta to help reach barangays weekly. The Manila Recruitment Fiesta is a program designed by Innovate to encourage BPO companies to do recruitment in appropriate Metro Manila barangays with high potential BPO employee candidates and provide opportunities to residents of Metro Manila to know more and be a part of the BPO industry.

 

Not all barangays may be appropriate for the recruitment process, therefore Innovate and/or the client has the right to choose the participating barangays/villages. This activity is guided by DOLE and PESO rules and regulations.
