Taiwan, Korea, Macau have learned from the early SARS Outbreak that striking hard and striking early is the best defense in getting over this crisis.
This means:
Social Distancing
Disinfection and Sanitizing
Letting go of norms and behaviors that will lead to risk in getting infected
Obey the government
Staying away from the news and instead be productive!

And it's no laughing matter.
However in this seemingly uncertain time there is a silver lining.
A Juijitsu coach started offering online group exercises
A Yoga practitioner created a service that reduces anxiety for those who are tested as positive
A Local caterer started delivering prep meals to last for a week to support social distancing efforts
An e-commerce store started selling a sanitizing formula that's safe and non-toxic
and so much more.
Remember these guys didn't have the resources, time and infrastructure.
Though imperfect it may, they just kept going—and evolved out of necessity.
So what can we learn from this?
The key is to pivot.
Strike hard. Strike early.
