Seems that the key to #stoptheSpread and #flattenthecurve is to Remain in Stage 1 and do what most people do in Stage 3—stock on items, wear masks, extreme social distancing, lock downs and deep sanitizing.
As most countries experience—doing these actions in Stage 3 might be a little too late as the virus has already spread.
